New Directions Christian Fellowship Church is an Interdenominational Multicultural church. We are a member of the Trinity Cornerstone Christian Fellowship of Churches and Ministries. As Christians, our mission is to build a strong fellowship of believers in Christ who will maintain their faith and be constantly equipped for ministry; To prayerfully meet the needs of those who are lost, overlooked, and/or discouraged; To spread the Good News; To feed the hungry; To clothe the naked; To visit those who are sick and in prison; To foster the education of children and youth; And to minister to the spiritual and physical needs of all persons. This will be done regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, or social status; Teaching them to walk victoriously in the Spirit of our Loving God.

Pastor Dr. Janet Manning, is the senior pastor at New Directions Christian Fellowship Church - Houston. She also serve as the Overseer for the Trinity Cornerstone Christian Fellowship (TCCF) of Christian Churches and Ministries, International. She is the Founder and Executive Director of the ACCLAIM Youth Foundation and serves on the Advisory Board for New Directions Theological Institute while serving as one of their instructors. She is the Chair of Curriculum Development and Adjunct Professor for Christian University of Southern Indiana.

Dr. Manning received her Bachelor of Science degree from Paul Quinn College, a Masters of Education degree from Western Governor University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Texas Southern University in Houston. Dr. Manning earned a Doctorate of Ministry from Christian Bible Institute and Seminary and she has received a Ph.D. in Theology from Christian University of Southern Indiana.

Dr. Manning is a Certified Christian Counselor, Christian Life Coach, and Certified Chaplain. Dr. Manning has been in ministry for over 15 years and has ministered first to her children and family as a homeschooler.

Dr. Manning has always enjoyed helping others and has made it her life's mission to be a blessing to others through mentorship, preaching, teaching, and impartation of God's Word.
